About Me

I started my career in recruitment after completing a First Class degree in International Business with languages. My early years were spent at large firms like Hays and Adecco Group (Badenoch & Clark), focusing on Accounting & Finance roles. I then moved into boutique agencies working with European clients in tech, digital, and GTM recruitment with Hanover and James Chase.

Over the past 7+ years I’ve partnered with companies across Europe, especially in the DACH region, delivering embedded Talent Partner services and targeted retained hires. I’ve worked with clients like trivago, Delivery Hero, Canto, Butternut Box, and monday.com.

My focus is on building strong relationships with hiring teams, understanding business goals, and helping companies attract the talent that really drives success. I work in English, German, or French, and strive to ensure your brand is represented in the best possible way to candidates.

I live and work remotely from the French Alps so that my family and I can enjoy an active outdoor lifestyle, but I also enjoy overseas travel to spend time with clients and colleagues during assignments and collaborations.
